Welcome to Calgary Limo Services. By accessing and using our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our website or services.

1. Bookings & Reservations

• All reservations must be made through our official website, phone, or email.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate details, including date, time, number of passengers, and pick-up/drop-off locations.
• Reservations are confirmed once we send a booking confirmation email to the client.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if the provided details are found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and other specified payment methods.
• Any additional charges, such as tolls, parking fees, or cleaning fees, incurred during the service will be charged to the client’s credit card on file.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a 50% charge.
• No-show or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before pick-up) will be charged the full fare.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the service.
• Calgary Limo Services is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol (unless legally allowed), and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will result in additional charges for repair or cleaning.

5. Vehicle Availability & Substitutions

• We will make every effort to provide the exact vehicle requested by the client. However, in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues), we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher quality at no additional cost.

6. Liability

• Calgary Limo Services will not be held liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or mechanical breakdowns.
• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately without notice if:

• The safety of our drivers or passengers is compromised.
• There is any illegal or inappropriate behavior from the passengers.

8. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected from clients will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we protect and use your data. We do not share personal details with third parties, except where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Calgary Limo Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services or website implies acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
